Turnt, known for their unconventional gigs, their next performance falling on an unusual date: Easter Sunday, April 20th 4/20. Adding to the intrigue, Lorette Velvette will be joining the band for what promises to be a debut performance to remember. And it is $FREE.
Wiseacre Brewery on Broad Avenue. A diverse musical lineup is set to ignite the festival, headlined by the legendary Zamrock group W.I.T.C.H., known for their distinctive blend of Zambian traditional sounds and psychedelic rock, and the revered indie rockers Silkworm. The initial announcement also showcases a global spectrum of artists: the quirky “egg punks” Tee Vee Repairmann from Sydney (by way of L.A.), the energetic Pylon Reenactment Society from Athens, the post-punk stylings of Auckland’s Guardian Singles, the raucous garage punk of Sydney’s Itchy & the Nits, and the fresh pop sounds of Chicago’s Sharp Pins.
