If you’ve spent any time listening to me on the radio or one of the streams, you’ve heard me talk about how important the Klitz are to not only the Memphis punk scene, but to punk music in general. My conversation with Klitz drummer, Marcia Clifton was the catalyst that helped make Memphis Weirdos. So, I was thrilled when she texted me a link to a podcast I didn’t know about. The episode is well done and is less than 8 minutes, although a longer version is coming soon. So, if you have time, give this a listen. I am a fan! And yes, when I think about punk music, The Klitz is always my first thought.
